Grove House in Gateshead is an amazing overnight short break service for children with disabilities. The staff go above and beyond every single day to create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. For children with disabilities, it’s home from home, a place where they can laugh, rest, play and be supported by people who truly understand their needs.

Right now, Grove House urgently needs a defibrillator. A defibrillator isn’t optional. It’s life saving. In an emergency, it could save a child’s life. No service caring for vulnerable children should ever be without one.

Grove House doesn’t have the funds to purchase one, so we’re asking for support from anyone who can help. Every donation, no matter the size, will help Grove House get this vital piece of equipment and ensure every child who stays there has the safest possible care.
