Arroz con Pollo is a small event that celebrates connection, harmony and compassion through dance music. As we continue to witness the situation in Gaza and the wider Near East from a place of safety, it can feel difficult to know how to stand against these atrocities or manage feelings of helplessness - especially given the ongoing complicity of our government.

On 9th October 2025, we hope to use our passion for music and community as a vehicle to make even a small difference. We invite you to dance with us at the BBE store in solidarity with those enduring immense loss, suffering and human rights violations, and to channel this solidarity into tangible support for people in Gaza, who are now facing the worst humanitarian crisis in their history.

Under daily bombardment and complete siege, hospitals are collapsing under unimaginable pressure, with doctors often working without basic medical supplies.

Your donation, no matter how small, can help provide urgently needed medical aid and save lives:

£100 - could pay for breathing circuits for children in intensive care

£75 - could pay for lifesaving ventilation equipment or antiseptic for burn patients

£50 - could pay for blankets and a mattress for a displaced family
