On 28 September I will be abseiling off the iconic Forth Rail Bridge in Scotland to raise funds for the British Red Cross. After climbing up onto the hulking red behemoth of a bridge, a 165 ft drop to the beach below awaits (I'd prefer to think of it as 50 metres, but it sounds more impressive in feet).

Having recently joined the Community Education team in Edinburgh, this event gives me the perfect opportunity to combine an exciting challenge with garnering support for the excellent work the British Red Cross does in local communities and across the world to help people who need it most.
