✨ Here we go - LONDON MARATHON 2026!!! 26.2 miles ✨

Throughout my career, one of the biggest strands I have focused on over the years is tackling the devastating impact of youth violence. In that time, I’ve listened to hundreds of heartbreaking stories, children whose lives were cut short or forever changed by knife and gun crime. The hardest days are dealing with the fatal incidents, questioning what more I could have done to prevent it. I’ve worked on cases that stay with you long after the day ends. These experiences have stayed with me. After years of witnessing this, I knew I had to do something that pushed me beyond my comfort zone.

I’m challenging myself and running the London Marathon on 26th April 2026 and raising funds for The Children’s Society! This charity support young people across the UK involved with gun and knife crime, gangs, exploitation, subject to abuse and much more.

Behind every child taken to knife crime, various forms of abuse or exploitation is a family shattered, a community scarred, and potential stolen. The Children’s Society is working tirelessly to change this.

For me, this isn’t just a marathon. It’s a stand against the violence that’s becoming all too normal in London. Every single mile I run is for the lives lost, the young people still at risk, and the change we so desperately need in London.

I’m currently grinding through my marathon training block. And it’s pushing me physically and mentally. There will be tough weeks ahead with some of my long runs coming up. But nothing compared to what some young people and children face every single day.

This is my first marathon!! Any donation, motivation or words of encouragement, no matter how small or big, will make a difference. ♥️ I will need all the motivation I can get!
