We are a family group who have experienced family illness and long-term terminal illness of a relative who has since died. We appreciated and acknowledge the vital role Hospice care plays in our lives. This care includes support for families, expert medical care as well as support for dementia sufferers and their families.

We know how poorly and fragile overall Hospice funding is in Britain and specifically Cymru/Wales.

We are looking to complete this long walk together near Crickhowell /Crugywel on Saturday 6th September in order to raise vital funds.
