Mid Kent Mind are a local mental health charity providing wellbeing support to people of all ages across Maidstone, Ashford and Swale. We provide a range of activities including group courses, awareness sessions, affordable counselling and wellbeing drop in sessions.

Story

Hi, I am Arthur, a Year 12 student from Oakwood Park Grammar School.

I am joining the school organised charity run event and will run a kilometre for every £10 raised in order to support Mid Kent Mind and raise awareness for those who experience mental health issues. If you want to support them (or break my legs) please donate!
