The Trussell Trust runs a nationwide network of food banks—including 11 between Middlesbrough and Newcastle—providing emergency food and vital support to people facing poverty. They also campaign for long-term change to end the need for food banks altogether.

This Christmas, Arup Newcastle is fundraising to help The Trussell Trust continue their essential work. We’re incredibly grateful for your support and want to thank everyone who donates. Over the past five years, together we’ve raised an amazing £5,934!

Why your support matters more than ever

Many food banks are now giving out more food than they receive in donations. This means cash contributions are critical—not only to keep the lights on and pay bills, but also to buy extra food when supplies run low.
