NICE is a leading UK charity transforming the lives of disabled children and adults who have movement disorders such as cerebral palsy and Parkinson’s. We push the boundaries of their potential by teaching them through conductive education, new ways of controlling the effect of their condition.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

A group of us ladies are organising a Ladies Ascot Day at Moxhull Hall and we are raising money for NICE, a Moseley based charity who provide a centre for movement disorders. We have chosen Nice in honor of our best friend Bernie, who sadly lost her MS & Leukemia battle.

Last year, at our first Ladies Day event, we raised over £7,000 for a local charity, Cherished UK, who are an attachment-focused and trauma responsive support for children and young people in primary and secondary schools across Birmingham.

We are hoping to exceed this at our second event, which is taking place on 20th June 2024 and are looking for prize donations for our raffle and auctions as well as JustGiving donations.
