Claire House helps families facing this unimaginable reality by creating wonderful experiences for their children and restoring a sense of normality to family life. Through specialist nursing care and emotional support, Claire House helps families smile again, even when life couldn’t feel any tougher.

To help raise vital funds for Claire House, I’m taking on two major trekking challenges this year. On 30th May, I’ll be tackling a 26km trek across the Welsh Camino, followed by a four-day trek through the breathtaking Mont Blanc region. I won’t be doing this alone—over 50 colleagues will be joining me across both events, all united by a shared commitment to make a difference.

This challenge is especially meaningful for me. After overcoming past injuries and achieving significant weight loss, pushing myself to complete these treks is a personal milestone. It’s a reminder that, with the right support, we can overcome even the toughest obstacles—something the families at Claire House know all too well.
