On the 10th November i will be flying out to Kathmandu, Nepal to go on a 14 day trek in the Himalayas over forest trails and several high bridges to Mount Everest Base Camp to an altitude of 5,364 metres (17,594 ft). I will be spending my 33rd Birthday on Everest! :-) Several people kept asking if i was doing the trek to fundraise for a charity and i thought why not so i have chosen to do this trek to fundraise for Beatson Cancer Charity, our chosen charity at work.
