This charity is close to my heart. They have help family and friends. They are 100% run on volunteers and all the money raised goes straight to patients and family.

They support families in the County Durham area and we have new members from newcastle and teeside areas. They have free transport to appointments, emotional support, trips away, monthly support meets and even a small caravan that patients can use for holidays with family.

Before Covid transport costs were under £400 now they are £3500. They need help to carry on this amazing work they do !!!
