On Saturday October 24th, we will be holding a dance event to celebrate the life of my beautiful mum❤️ One thing my mum loved to do, was dance. Where possible, my mum was dancing. Whether that was out for a boogie with her besties, or a sing-a-long in the car or a dance in the kitchen with us girls while making dinner. This event is for all, whether you knew my mum, are affected by suicide or want to come along and dance while supporting a good cause. I have decided to support The Lighthouse Perth. Not only do they support loads of teens and adults in our community, but have helped both myself and my sister since my mums passing. Mental health support is so important to so many people and we are lucky to have such a great service in Perth. I would love to give back, not only to thank them for the support they have given myself, but to continue to help others in their toughest times.
