I’m a 35 year old single mother of 1 beautiful daughter and 3 handsome sons. In 2019, my son was wrongfully taken away from me on the basis of lies. He was given to his paternal grandmother by the courts even though I had proven all allegations to be false. The judge had one stipulation in order for me to regain custody of my 1st son. She requested that I gain housing.

August of 2020 I moved into my apartment with my daughter while pregnant with my third child. I reached out to the social worker and he informed me that the case was closed and that they no longer had any reason to deal with me getting my son. His biological grandmother began to slowly limit and decline visits with my boy.

The maternal grandmother is a state employee. I’ve submitted numerous petitions with no sign of a court hearing. I was advised that the most effective way to get a hearing was to obtain a lawyer. Helping my daughter get into college and still financially taking care of 3 children which one I have no contact with is hard. I just want the chance to have all 4 of my children reside under the same roof as a family. I’ve never wanted anything more.
