Children who are affected by serious adversity, whether it be through crime, ill health or misfortune need support. This is exactly what the James Bulger Memorial Trust provides

Most people know of James's story, but this support isn't specific to my local area of Liverpool, it's countrywide.

To support this worthwhile cause myself and my wife Liz are running The London Marathon even though we will both be in our 50s.

We have never done any long distance running before.

This isn't going to be easy, and it shouldn't be!
