On the 26th of January, Amy and I are participating in Hyrox Women’s Doubles to raise money for MacMillan.

For those of you who don’t know what Hyrox is, it is a 1km run into a functional exercise 8 times. We have attached a link below which explains it better with the specified weights for our division.
