I plan taking on the David Goggin's 4x4x48 running challenge from 9th-11th June 2023, raising money for a wonderful children's charity based in the North East of Scotland, Charlie House. Charlie House are dedicated to improving the quality of life for children who have life-limiting or life-threatening conditions.

The challenge is simple, on paper anyway. Run 4 miles, every 4 hours, for 48 hours. The entirety of the challenge will see me run almost 2 entire marathons over the 48 hours.
