Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I have decided to complete what I am calling the "20 -20 challenge" for those people who struggle with their vision and raise money for the Royal National Institute Of Blind People.
In the spirt of this I am theming my challenge around "20" as much as possible.
I will:
*Do 20 reps total of 40kg (20 each side) for chest press (20kg bar so 60kg in total)
*Do 20 reps total of 40kg (20 each side) for barbell back squat (20kg bar so 60kg in total)
*20 reps total of cyclist squats with two 20kg dumbbells
*20 banded chin ups
*20 minutes on the rower
*20 farmer walks with a 20kg kettlebell (alternating sides)
In addition to the above I will also:
*Do 20,000 steps total in the same 24 hours as the “event”
*Lose 2 stone in weight the end of March (if not before)
There are around two million people in the UK with serious sight problems, but many do not get the support they need.
Your donation will help RNIB to be there for blind and partially sighted people from the moment they are diagnosed until the day they are living their life with confidence again.
