This November, I’ve committed to running my first ever marathon in New York City with Team Mission United!

I wanted to join a team focused on military service and advocating for service members and their families.

Through Mission United, United Way of Long Island connects veterans to life-changing resources including job training, housing support, financial assistance, and mental health services - helping them transition to civilian life with the respect and support they deserve.

Lucky for me I am able to join this incredible cause in the city I call home. Whether you’re able to contribute financially or simply cheer me on, every bit of support means the world.
