Neil, Davie and myself will be unleashing our SAS sense of adventure as we abseil 165ft off the Forth Rail Bridge on Sunday 8th October.

As Head of Fundraising for Marie Curie Scotland, sometimes I have to practice what I preach and do something daft to raise some money. Unfortunately for my poor family, they tend to get dragged into it too!

It's genuinely something I've always fancied doing. Neil is scared of heights so is truly terrified. Davie just says yes to anything you ask him to do.

The major positive to this challenge is no training required - no running/walking schedule to follow. Just need to muster up some bravery!!!

If you could find it in your heart to chuck a few pennies our way, we'd be forever grateful. Marie Curie are very deserving of it 💛
