I've committed to raising money to support the Idaho Coalition Against Sexual Abuse and Domestic Violence by registering as a Charity Bib for this event.

This cause inspires me because domestic violence and sexual abuse are widespread, often underreported, and amplified by powerful systems of inequality.

Chances are, we all know and love someone who has been the victim of intimate partner violence.

1 in 4 women and 1 in 10 men will experience violence at the hands of their partner during their lifetime. Currently, in the United States, homicide is the leading cause of death in pregnant women.

Idaho Coalition Against Sexual Abuse and Domestic Violence works hard to provide resources to survivors of gender violence and create community-centered solutions around communities that are most impacted.
