April 29th is International Dance Day — a day celebrated around the world to share the joy of dancing! It also marks the birthday of Jean-Georges Noverre, a famous dancer who helped shape ballet into what it is today. Dance is a fantastic way for children to express themselves, get active, and have lots of fun together.

To celebrate, we’re excited to be holding a sponsored school dance-a-thon on Tuesday 29th April, during school hours. All children will be taking part in this fun event as part of the school day.

We are raising money for our PTA, who work hard to support the school community. The PTA will use the funds raised to provide even more exciting opportunities and experiences for all our children.
