Ashtanga Yoga Hastings is taking part in 'Yoga Stops Traffik 2025', an annual fundraising event to raise money for Odanadi, a Charity that works for the rescue, rehabilitation and reintegration of trafficked women and children.

We will be hosting a 108 Sun Salutation fundraising event, to support the important work of Odandadi at Wellingotn Health & Wellbeing Centre, in Hastings, on Saturday 29th March 2025.

For more than 30 years Odanadi has been committed to providing a safe haven for survivors of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, slavery and domestic abuse.

Ashtanga Yoga is of huge significance to the young people of Odanadi. As part of their rehabilitation program, it has allowed them to reclaim their bodies; build physical and mental strength, and restore a sense of peace, confidence and self-worth.
