I am running the Great North Run 2025 which is a special one for me with it being 10 years since I have ran it previously (old I know). This time I'm making it a little harder- I will be less than 4 weeks out from my first bodybuilding competition of the season, which especially for anyone who has prepped before knows will be TOUGH both physically & mentally to run a half marathon whilst my body is very depleted.

I got my place through ballot but more recently have decided to make use of this and run for a charity to which I have chosen If U Care Share Foundation. Having previously worked on a mental health ward for over 6 years prior to becoming a personal trainer, this is a cause that is close to my heart and suicide is something I feel is still so misunderstood. I have observed and admired the work If U Care Share Foundation has done so far and continues to do to change this, which is why they are my chosen charity.
