In 1989, Jim Jackson and his wife, Jill Hill, founded Aspects Beauty and built the successful business we know today. Inspired by Jim's belief in creating opportunities for others, The Jim Jackson Foundation was established to help young people take their first steps into the world of business.

Each September, during our annual Jimtember initiative, Aspects Beauty employees come together, to support this important cause, and help create opportunities for the next generation.

At the heart of this year's Jimtember activities is The Canopy Conquest.

On the 17th September, more than 50 members of the Aspects Beauty team will take to the skies to tackle an exhilarating high ropes assault course, featuring suspended bridges, Tarzan swings, fast zip wires, and a range of challenging obstacles. It promises to be a fun, demanding, and memorable day, all in support of a fantastic cause.

The Jim Jackson Foundation is dedicated to helping young people gain valuable experience, confidence, and opportunities that can help them build successful futures. By supporting the Foundation, you're helping to open doors and provide meaningful pathways into the world of work and business.
