Story

Aspens Services: Conquering the Yorkshire Three Peaks for RMCH

On Saturday, 13th June 2026, the team at Aspens Services is coming together to take on one of the UK’s toughest endurance events: The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge.

As a company, we have committed to an exclusive partnership with the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital Charity, and we need your support to reach our ambitious fundraising target.

The Challenge This is not a walk in the park. Our team will be hiking 24 miles, tackling 5,200ft of ascent, and summiting the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough. We are aiming to complete the entire route in under 12 hours.

The Cause: The MediCinema Appeal All funds raised by the Aspens team will go directly to the MediCinema Appeal.

The hospital's vision is to build a state-of-the-art cinema complex situated inside the hospital. This facility is designed specifically to accommodate patients with complex needs, including those in hospital beds, wheelchairs, and on life-support equipment.

Why this project is vital:

Accessibility: It ensures that even the most unwell children do not miss out on the magic of cinema.

Escapism: It provides a much-needed break from the reality of wards, medical procedures, and isolation.

Wellbeing: It gives patients and their families a sense of normality during difficult times.

We are proud to support this project and to help build a lasting legacy for the children at RMCH.

Please donate to support the Aspens team. Every contribution motivates us to keep climbing!
