It's that time of year, Battle cancer approaches and this time Aspire Gym in Chipping Sodbury is bringing FOUR TEAMS to the brilliant Battle Cancer charity fitness event.

Cancer has touched all of us in some way. We've lost loved ones, had lives changed and had to go through horrid treatments. If you're lucky enough to have had no experience of it, you will. It will affect us all through our lives and that's why every year we put in lots of effort and money to raise money for charities who do amazing work to help people with cancer.

Breast cancer now is one of those charities and they have been a hugely positive influence for one of our members who only just finished her cancer treatment in the last year. We love that they make such a difference to people's lives and that's why we will be raising out money for them this year.

Please please please, if you can spare anything, it will all count to what we are trying to make as our biggest fundraiser ever!
