Cancer touches almost every community and leaves an impact far beyond the patient — affecting families, loved ones and entire communities. For those facing cancer, access to high-quality treatment can make a profound difference.

That is why six friends are taking on a 400km cycling challenge from London to Brussels, travelling through three countries, to raise funds for Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital in Karachi.

This is not simply a cycling challenge. It is our small way of standing alongside cancer patients and their families and supporting the vital work of providing cancer care to those who need it most.

400 kilometres is a long way on a bicycle. But for someone fighting cancer, the journey can be far longer.

Every mile we cycle will be powered by the hope that our efforts can help someone access treatment, give a family strength during an incredibly difficult time, and contribute towards the future of cancer care in Karachi.

We have made a personal commitment that 100% of the money raised through this appeal will go towards supporting Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital in Karachi.
