Alongside my best friend, we’re running the Amsterdam Marathon on October 19th 2025 (first attempt for us both).

We’re hoping to raise money for two charities that provide important support to those affected by illnesses our own families have been impacted by.

They are:

Alzheimer’s Society, work towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. 1 in 3 people will be diagnosed with dementia in their lifetime, this condition significantly affects not just the individuals but also their close family and friends.

FORME, which is a registered UK Charity that funds research into the use of osteopathic techniques in the prevention of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) and now, Long COVID.
