This October, a team of 12 from Atlas FM will be taking on the iconic Cardiff Half Marathon, running 13.1 miles through the heart of the Welsh capital to raise vital funds for an incredible cause - the 100 & First Foundation.

100 & First are a charity dedicated to supporting prison leavers across the UK take their first steps towards a fresh start. By providing practical support, career opportunities and pathways into employment, 100 & First work to break the cycle of reoffending, restore dignity and build brighter futures.
