Last year, the Auroch Digital team completed tough Mudder for the first time in support of the Grand Appeal and raised nearly £4,000!

This year, we return for part two on 12th August 2023!

More Aurochs, more mud, and even more money raised (hopefully)

Why are we supporting the grand appeal?

The Grand Appeal is the dedicated charity of Bristol Children's Hospital Charity, transforming the lives of sick children from Bristol, the South West and beyond. Help save the lives of sick children, provide pioneering medical equipment and keep families together by donating or fundraising for The Grand Appeal.

We are proud patrons of the Sunflower ward, which is the neurorehabilitation ward of the Bristol Children’s Hospital. They see patients for both short and long-term rehabilitation programmes. Their admissions come from across the South West region and are made up of referrals, planned admissions, and transfers from other wards. There are 8 beds made up of 4 cubicles and a 4 bedded bay. Patients are seen from ages 0 to 16 plus.

The money we raised last year has been used to buy games, toys, and other tech to help these children play, laugh, and socialise together. Play is so important for patients of the ward, it brings them joy, a sense of normality, and it helps with recovery.
