Hi my name is Phil, with my wife Sam and daughter Robyn we are fundraising in honour of our daughter/sister Autumn to purchase 2 Airvo3 high flow systems with portable battery backup to help deliver uninterrupted medical care for children with medical respiratory conditions.

This equipment once purchased will then be donated to the Worcester royal Hospital who cared for Autumn during her inspiration journey.

We sadly lost our beautiful girl 12/02/25 during her battle with Edwards syndrome.

Autumn defied all odds and expectations to give us 16 incredible months which as a parent is never enough time but during her battle she was and always will be a very brave, determined and inspirational little girl.

When we found out that there was no more treatment to help make her better and with her health rapidly declining her diagnosis became terminal.

This resulted in trying to plan to get her home, to get her away from the medical environment and back to her most loved place, surrounded by love and fairy lights.

Getting her home wasn't easy to plan as the equipment we are fundraising for is not available at the hospital but all the doctors and nurses got us home safe to spend our last moments together as a family.

The equipment we are fundraising for will help to give uninterrupted care with battery backup to transition between wards, appointments and like our situation it will give the opportunity for families to get back home to surround and immerse each other in a loving and caring environment.

Autumn was and always will be a beacon of all the beautiful things this world has to offer and in her memory we hope to raise money to purchase equipment to help as many people as possible to keep her inspiring and giving hope to others when they need it most
