In June, Gary and Freddie Dawson will be driving from Middlesbrough all the way to Lake Como to raise money for Teesside Hospice — a charity that plays a vital role in our local community. The hospice provides specialist care, dignity and comfort to people living with terminal illness, along with much needed support for their families.

As a family run business, with ‘family’ being one of our core values, we believe it’s important to give back to the charities that support our area. Teesside Hospice is especially meaningful to us, being located in the very community where AV Dawson was founded.

The journey will see us travelling for around 10 hours a day, with the aim of completing the challenge in just six days.
