For the past year, I have been volunteering at 'Bury Cancer Support Centre', a truly inspirational and fantastic local charity, which offers a range of support to anyone whose life is touched by cancer. Since the Centre is a self-funding and independent charity, it relies on donations to keep funding their valuable programme. This year they have reached 20 years of being open and in aid of the support centre, I will be hosting a brunch event at Stonyhurst College on Sunday March 12th, with all proceeds to go to the charity so that they can keep going forward with their work.
