Hi, I’m Ava, and I will be taking part in the AJ Bell Junior & Mini Great Run 2025 in Manchester to raise money for aiM Charity in honour of Mia Glynn.

aiM Charity is dedicated to raising awareness of sepsis and educating people on the early warning signs of this life-threatening condition. They also provide vital support for families who have lost loved ones to sepsis, helping them through the grieving process by funding professional bereavement counselling.

I will be running this event in memory of Mia Glynn, a young life lost too soon to sepsis. Mia’s story has touched our heart's, and we want to honour her memory by raising funds for aiM Charity, ensuring that more people are educated about sepsis and that bereaved families receive the support they desperately need.

Every donation will help aiM Charity continue its incredible work, and every step I take will be in honour of Mia’s legacy.
