As well as the marathon, I have decided to continue raising funds for RJC Dance by participating in the Leeds Half Marathon on 12th May and the Leeds 10k on 23rd June.

I am running the Leeds 10k in memory of a dear friend, Barber B, who sadly left us last year 💜

Hi everyone, I have fully landed in the land of crazy runners and decided to run my first marathon on 14th April.

I only have 4 weeks to go and after successfully running my first 20 miles on 13th March, I’ve decided to attempt to raise money for a local charity that has become dear to me!

RJC Dance offers children and young people 4-19 years an authentic experience that focuses on how dance can unlock their potential, creativity and style. The placement of value on the expressive power of dance creates & helps young people to develop skills that gives them a strong foundation to move onto other dance training should they wish to do so.

RJC Dance creates a safe and enjoyable learning environment for participants.

The Adult Community Dance Class for men and women 18+, every Thursday from 7pm-8pm at the Mandela Centre. I attend and love the positive vibe from start to finish!

No previous dance experience is necessary. Come along and enjoy their 'sizzler' class with a variety of different styles from Soca, Reggae and a bit of Streetemporary.
