I'm about to embark on the biggest challenge I have undertaken so far - Everest Base Camp sits 17598ft above sea level and involves 10 days trekking to reach it - I will be self funding this trip but I also wanted to raise funds for a local charity.

Creative Living Centre are based in Prestwich and help those suffering with their mental health. They deliver a person-centred holistic approach to supporting people experiencing poor emotional wellbeing and poor mental health. This is something which is close to my heart having lost both my mum and brother who both suffered with their mental health, and to who's memory I will be trekking in.
