Lebanon charity Ummah 4 Ummah Luton are going to Lebanon!

Alhamdullilah, for the 1st time I have been given the opportunity to support Human Appeal projects in Lebanon by joining the Reach deployments programme and being on the frontlines to work hand in hand with the refugee camps. Will be going next month insha’Allah (May). Human Appeal is a non-profit organisation working across the globe to strengthen humanities fight

The money that you will help raise will improve day to day living and will be going towards food packs, medical aid and various projects in Lebanon to aid our brothers and sisters who are living in some of the worst conditions, we can not even imagine.

 “Those who spend in charity will be richly rewarded.” [Quran 75:10]The Qur'an reminds us that there is a “recognised right, for the needy and deprived” over our wealth (70:24-5)

The Prophet Mohammed (ﷺ) is reported to have said, “Charity does not decrease wealth.” [Muslim] Giving charity actually multiplies wealth and benefits both the giver and the given. This is true with all acts of charity, but especially with Zakat donations. This fundraiser is zakat applicable

Charity extinguishes sins just as water extinguishes fire’ (Tirmidhi).‘The best charity is that given in Ramadan’ (Tirmidhi).
