Throughout 2025 the Ashby Youth for Christ team plan to fly an Ashby Youth for Christ flag in as many places as we can. We will be encouraging the young people who we work with to get involved, and will have a number of activities where we will display the flag. We hope that this will raise awareness of AYFC and

Currently we plan to take the flag to the highest point in Leicestershire, stand up paddleboarding along the River Trent, and mountaineering in the Lake District. We would also love to see the flag flown on buildings and churches in Ashby and the surrounding area.

Ashby Youth for Christ provides essential youth work in the town of Ashby and the surrounding area, often working with young people who aren't engaged with main stream school. We run lunch clubs, youth clubs and football sessions, as well as giving young people the opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities such as rock climbing, mountaineering and stand up paddleboarding.
