On Friday, 5th July 2025, I will be taking part in a Heritage Prayer Walk through Loughborough to raise funds for something very close to my heart: the purchase and restoration of the historic Holy Trinity Church building, built in 1878.

Why am I walking?

Because this is more than a fundraiser, it is about preserving a piece of Loughborough’s heritage and keeping it true to its original purpose: a house of worship and community. For over a decade, RCCG Cornerstone Parish Loughborough has been renting temporary venues. Now, by God’s grace, we have the opportunity to purchase this beautiful, Grade II listed church and give it new life as a permanent place of faith, prayer, and impact.

I am passionate about protecting sacred spaces in England like this one, not turning them into flats, restaurants, or offices, but allowing them to continue being what they were built to be. The fact that this building has stood since 1878 makes this walk all the more meaningful.
