Story
Breast health is something that’s become very personal to me. Last year, I discovered a lump on my left breast which prompted me to get an immediate diagnosis. The doctors called it fibroadenoma--A benign lump. Recently, I found out that the lump has grown from 1cm to 2cm within a year, and a second lump has also appeared. I’ll soon be having a biopsy to rule out anything more serious.
While I’ve been reassured that fibroadenomas are usually harmless, this journey has made me appreciate how vital early checks, research, and support are for anyone facing breast changes — benign or otherwise.
That’s why I’m running for Breast Cancer Now. The money raised will help fund life-saving research and support for everyone affected by breast cancer. My goal is to raise £350, and every donation, no matter how small, makes a difference 💗
