I'm sure we all know somebody who has fought against the terrible illness that is Cancer. It comes in many shapes and forms and it's time we eradicated it so our family and friends can live without the Cancer shadow hanging over them.

To Celebrate my 70th year on this Planet I want to run Seven 10km races and finish with a 10mile road race. for those that know me they will know up until March 2024 I couldn't even run for 100 yards.

Cancer research is a charity close to my heart and I want to try to raise some funds to help them in order to help others who need the Special help this Charity can give. I will update after every event, the 1st one is in March 2025.
