630 Miles, One "Baby Step" at a Time: Walking the South West Coast Path for AuDHD UK
Hi Everyone! I’m taking on the ultimate personal challenge: walking the entire length of the South West Coast Path—630 miles from Minehead in Somerset all the way to Poole Harbour in Dorset, entirely solo, and learning to camp along the way as well!
Through my community at @BabyStepYourLife, I share the honest reality of moving through the world as a late-diagnosed AuDHD human, one small step at a time. This trek is the ultimate test of that philosophy. From the steep cliff climbs to the relentless weather and hundreds of miles alone on the trail, every baby step will get me to my goal.
But I’m not doing this just for the hiking. I’m walking to support and raise crucial funds for AuDHD UK charity. Registered Charity Number: 1214722.
Why AuDHD UK?
For many neurodivergent adults, flying under the radar for decades leads to years of masking, isolation, burnout, and feeling completely misunderstood. AuDHD UK is an incredible, neurodivergent-led charity on a vital mission: to end autism and ADHD-related suicides in the UK.
Your support and donations go directly to their team, so they can continue providing their lifesaving services.
You can follow along with my authentic daily vlogs, trail reality, and behind-the-scenes footage on Instagram @BabyStepYourLife.
Thank you so much for backing this journey, supporting neurodivergent lives, and reminding us all that any huge goal is just a series of baby steps. Every donation, share, and message of encouragement means the world!
If you cannot financially support the event please consider following along on IG @babystepyourlife. If you comment, like, share, and repost, it helps get the message and cause out to the world in the hopes that we can raise vital funding and create more awareness around suicide prevention and mental health related to the neurodivergent community.
Thank you,
Kimberly xo
