Dementia affects nearly 1 million people in the UK — and behind every diagnosis is a family trying to navigate care, memory loss, and emotional strain. Dementia UK provides expert nurses who support both the person living with dementia and their loved ones, making an incredible difference every day.

Running 13.1 miles might sound like madness for a bunch of office workers — but we’re determined! Whether it’s pounding the pavements at lunchtime, training through the rain, or sprinting for the post-run snacks, we’re giving it our all.
