Baker Estates is celebrating its 10th anniversary with year-long community initiatives and a goal to raise well over £10,000 for the Rowcroft charity.

£8 could pay for three delicious healthy meals for a patient in our Inpatient Unit.

£27 could pay for an hour of care for a patient with complex needs in Rowcroft’s specialist Inpatient Unit.

£50 could pay for three delicious meals a day for six patients in our Inpatient Unit.

£116 will cover the hourly cost of running the Hospice at Home service – caring for patients across South Devon in their homes in their last two weeks of life

£540 could pay for six bereavement support sessions for a grieving relative, giving crucial emotional and psychological support through the most difficult of times.

£1085 could enable our Community Team to provide personalised, compassionate support for a patient through their journey, ensuring they receive essential care and guidance in the comfort of their own home.
