About the event

Every child deserves a safe, happy childhood—and the opportunity to thrive. Barnardo’s supports some of the most vulnerable children and young people across the UK, helping them overcome challenges like abuse, poverty, mental health difficulties, and homelessness. I want to do my part to support their vital work.

Join me on 12 July at Sandown Airfield for a unique opportunity to experience a scenic flight around the Needles. You'll be flying in a state-of-the-art Exodus Deltajet—an open cockpit flexwing microlight aircraft offering breathtaking views of the stunning coastline below.

As part of my commitment to supporting Barnardo’s, I will cover all flight costs myself. While the flight is completely free, I kindly ask all participants to make a donation of any amount to Barnardo’s. Every donation will be matched by my employer, doubling the impact.

The flight experience will last approximately 30 to 40 minutes.

Please note: flying is a fair-weather activity. In case of unsuitable weather conditions, flights will be postponed and rescheduled for another day.
