As an accompaniment to our charity gig in the Black Box on the 17th of December I will be taking part in a sponsored shave in aid of PIPS mental health charity.

Mental health is something that I struggle with every single day and I know so many people who feel the same way. So this is my way of trying to raise awareness and do some good.
