We are raising funds to support Khalsa Aid International for their Flood Relief Campaign in Punjab.

In recent weeks, torrential continuous rain has caused floods in Punjab (India), causing widespread devastation—displacing thousands of families, damaging infrastructure, and putting countless lives at risk.

This is the worst flood in 30 years, which has decimated the livelihoods of the Punjab farmers by destroying hundreds and thousands of acres of land and drowning livestock.

The death toll is rising and the devastation of the floods have increased widespread risk of disease as the usual sources of water are no longer safe, lack of sanitation facilities, unsafe food and stagnant flood waters.

In response to this crisis, we are hosting the event;

Together for Punjab on 19th October 2025 at Ramgarhia Community Centre,

Leicester to raise funds for Khalsa Aid. 100% of the profits from the event will be donated to their flood relief efforts.

Khalsa Aid is an international NGO with the aim to provide humanitarian aid in disaster areas and civil conflict zones around the world. The organisation is based upon the Sikh principle of "Recognise the whole human race as one".

Khalsa Aid have mobilised a comprehensive Flood Relief Campaign to provide immediate assistance in the form of:

• Emergency food supplies and clean drinking water

• Temporary shelter and hygiene kits

• Medical support and essential medicines

• Long-term rehabilitation and reconstruction efforts
