The Winter months and especially Christmas can be a really difficult time for those in recovery as there can be a lot of triggers for people, whether this be due to family but also the culture of drinking and using around this time of year.

iChoose is a social programme for anyone who is in recovery, no matter where you have accessed treatment or support, it is about connection, making new friends and trying new things.

iChoose is peer led, meaning our members choose what they would like to do, we have done a wide range of activities from ice skating, candle making and paintballing.

Our programme has something for everyone with a weekly trip and holistic therapies to support with self-care.

It has been essential for our members to have activities planned in that means they can still enjoy the festive season, in a safe environment and surrounded by like minded people.
