Our Riding for the Disabled (RDA) group will soon need to say goodbye to one of our beloved ponies, Bella. Bella wasn't just a member of our team—she was a friend, a gentle companion, and a true hero to the children who ride with us. Her calm nature, patience, and unique bond with our riders made a world of difference every day.

Now, we're hoping to raise enough money to welcome a new pony, Hero, into our RDA family. Hero is a 14 year old fell pony who will be perfect for helping us continue this life-changing work.

Our ponies provide more than just rides. They build confidence, improve coordination and mobility, and bring genuine joy to people with all kinds of disabilities. Each rider develops a special connection with their pony—and for many, it’s the highlight of their week.

But finding the right pony for RDA is no small task. They need to be kind, steady, and trustworthy, with just the right temperament for therapeutic riding. The cost of purchasing and settling in a suitable pony can be significant—and that's where we need your help.

Whether you can donate a little or a lot, every pound will bring us closer to providing our riders with the pony they deserve.
