I am retiring this year and want to support those who live with Alzheimer’s. I am running a 10k which is fairly unbelievable for me !!

This is an illness that affects families and is close to my heart ❤️ both my parents did not experience the joy of retirement due to both having Alzheimer’s and I hope I can give something back to those who need it most so the can help find a cure or a way to support those affected
